About The Position

Surgical Techs join a growing, dynamic surgery team in Fresno/Clovis, California. The role includes preparing and turning over operating rooms and scrubbing in to assist surgeons. Team members provide core assistance for a variety of surgical cases and service lines, including robotics, hernia, orthopedic, bariatric, ENT, OB-GYN, and urology surgery. The organization has 26 operating rooms and handles over 1,000 cases per month.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of a CMC-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) certificate.
• Graduate of a recognized Surgical Technology Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• One of the following certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn over operating rooms.
• Scrub in and assist the surgeon.
• Provide core assistance for a variety of surgical cases and service lines.
