Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in operating room scheduling preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in various software tools.
Solid grasp of strong computer knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organized.
Detail-oriented.
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Providing essential support and maintenance of surgical schedules, materials, and communication.
Arranging the schedules for patient surgeries, operating rooms, surgeons, and assistants.
Maintaining medical tracking requirements.
Compiling important statistics as needed.
Facilitating timely and accurate communication across all hospital areas and with necessary offices and personnel.
Monitoring the availability of essential equipment and supplies.
