About The Position
Our client is seeking a Surgical/OR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role is scheduled for a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
