About The Position

Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a breast surgeon to join its multidisciplinary oncology practice in Spokane, Washington. The role is suited to a fellowship-trained breast surgeon or a qualified general surgeon interested in building a breast surgery practice. The team includes more than 30 medical, surgical, and radiation oncology providers, along with specialized advanced practice providers. The practice offers access to radiology, pathology, plastic surgery, and other subspecialties, as well as clinical trial research and teaching opportunities with local medical schools and residencies. Surgeons typically spend two days per week in clinic and two days per week in surgery. The fifth day may be used for surgery, clinical catch-up, or administration. The position offers a guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives, a sign-on bonus and relocation package, and a yearly vacation allowance. Partnership may be available after two years of employment.

Requirements

Washington MD license upon appointment.
Completion of a Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship.
