About The Position

The Clinical Tech works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The role provides direct patient care and maintains patient care standards. The tech must be able to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a state-approved program; preferred but not required.
• Previous patient care experience.
