About The Position

The Mgr Clinical Outpatient is accountable, in collaboration with the Unit Director, for clinical operations, including effective management of clinical and environmental systems within the department. The role promotes collaborative practice with other departments and customers and works with nursing staff, providers, and the leadership team to find solutions to difficult human and clinical problems. The manager must adapt to a rapidly changing environment and maintain effective communication within the department and with outside customers.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Alabama or Multistate nursing license.
• BLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• 3 to 5 years of charge nurse experience.
