About The Position
SpecialtyCare is seeking experienced surgical neurophysiologists for a 13-week contract assignment. As an industry leader in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, SpecialtyCare monitors over 100,000 cases annually, provides IONM services to over 450 hospitals nationwide, and supports over 2,300 surgeons. This role offers an opportunity to share expertise, provide safer surgery, and achieve better patient outcomes.
Requirements
- CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
- Two years minimum of experience.
- Ability to work on call.
- Up to date immunizations.
- COVID vaccination required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science-related field.
- Five plus years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services.
- Provide coverage for scheduled cases and on-call duties, including weekends and holidays.
- Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team.
- Maintain high ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values.
- Focus on clinical quality and delivering the best results for patients.
- Adapt and thrive in a high-stress environment.
- Work independently and as part of the OR team.
