About The Position

SpecialtyCare is seeking experienced surgical neurophysiologists for a 13-week contract assignment. SpecialtyCare is the industry leader in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, monitoring over 100,000 cases annually and providing services to over 450 hospitals nationwide. The role involves providing IONM services to support surgeons, aiming for safer surgery and better patient outcomes. The company is committed to supporting professional growth through funds for continuing education, membership fees, and dues for professional associations, as well as tuition reimbursement or repayment assistance. This is a W2 position where the inclusive rate covers expenses for travel, housing, and/or per diem where applicable.

Requirements

• CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
• Two years minimum of experience.
• Ability to work on Call.
• High level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values.
• Focused on clinical quality and delivering the absolute best results for patients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a high stress environment.
• Proven self-starter who works well independently and as a part of the OR team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science related field preferred.
• Five plus years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services.
