Responsible for interacting with patients in a professional manner by gathering pertinent information relating to the patient’s inquires and questions regarding to surgery. Will serve as a customer service advocate with the desire to achieve corporate objectives as stated in the company’s mission statement. Position requires individual to interact internally with other staff members, doctors and the general public in problem solving and responding to inquiries and questions related to hospital scheduling.
