About The Position

This role is responsible for the last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers. The Surgical Case Coordinator builds relationships with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites. This position verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjusts errors. The role ensures on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers. The Surgical Case Coordinator achieves operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced. This role is a direct contributor toward strategic operations/logistic or inventory plans and programs. The Surgical Case Coordinator builds relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Representatives and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain. The role works to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day. The Surgical Case Coordinator is accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Related field such as Transportation or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
