About The Position

Atrium Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with surgical first assist experience to join their Women's Care Charlotte OB/GYN team. This role will primarily support Operating Room (OR) cases, with the opportunity to see patients in the office when not in the OR. The practice is established and includes a team of 15 Physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of surgical APP experience required
• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
• Approved to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required
• BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required
• NC/SC license required

Nice To Haves

• Robotics and/or laparoscopic experience preferred
• Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred
