About The Position

Atrium Health's Women's Care Charlotte OB/GYN is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with surgical first assist experience to join their established practice. This role involves a combination of first assist surgical duties, perioperative care, and clinic responsibilities. The position is full-time, with a varying schedule primarily supporting OR cases, and offers the opportunity to see patients in the office when not in the OR. The practice is part of a leading community-focused academic healthcare system serving North Carolina and South Carolina.

Requirements

• 1+ years of surgical APP experience required
• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
• Must be approved to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required
• BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required

Nice To Haves

• Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred
• NC/SC license required

Responsibilities
