About The Position

Endoscopy Center of Dayton, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Surgery Scheduler to join our team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process.
• Strategizing and problem solving.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and Operating Room Staff.
