About The Position
Assists in the day-to-day operations of surgery and procedure coordination. This includes communication with patients, obtaining records, pre-operative clearances, scheduling pre-surgery labs and imaging, and surgery scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in medical office setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Medical terminology
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with insurance payors
- Bilingual skills
- EPIC experience
