Surface Repair Apprentice
About The Position
Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. We Offer: Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses. Pay raise following paid training program completion. Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician, with further grow opportunities within the company. No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available). Paid holidays and paid time off. Car provided. Health: Free 24/7 virtual care for you and your family — medical, referrals, lab work, doctor notes, etc — with less than 10 minutes average connect times and no waiting period. Weekly team meetings with breakfast.
Requirements
- Be open to learn
- Enjoy working on your own
- Have experience working with your hands - Could come varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Responsibilities
- Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
- Communicate with the support team if questions arise
