Surety Associate Account Manager

About The Position

The Surety Associate Account Manager will be responsible for receiving, submitting, and processing all client requests for service, including bid/contract/license/permit/court bonds daily. This role involves responding to client inquiries, reviewing documents before release, and keeping the Account Executive informed of account activity. The Associate Account Manager will also prepare and execute bonds and indemnity agreements accurately, adhere to company procedures and insurance regulations, and invoice new business and renewals through Elron and EPIC. Other duties may be assigned to support department goals.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to take initiative
Surety Experience a plus
WA Insurance License Required – ability to obtain at hire

Responsibilities

Receive, submit, and process all clients' requests for service, i.e. bid/ contract/license/permit/court bonds daily.
Respond to the client as requested on all bonds.
Responsible for review of documents prepared prior to releasing to the client.
Keep the Account Executive informed on account activity.
Prepare and execute all bonds as well as indemnity agreements/applications accurately as needed.
Adhere to all company procedures and insurance regulations.
Invoice New Business and Renewals through Elron and EPIC.
Other functions as requested to support the department goals.
