Under the general direction of the Manager of Facilities Property Management, supports how projects are implemented to satisfy the client’s programmatic needs and to meet schedule and fiscal needs. Is responsible for construction methodology, space measurements, contract management and day to day support of projects. Ensures that all projects whether the design is in house or by outside consulting firms are in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Generally, acts as the contributor and coordinator of construction field activities. As such, coordinates construction documents, specific actions, and contracts for routine and complex construction projects.
