About The Position
The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing the point-of-sale (POS) operations of multiple concessions stands across Levy’s venues. This role ensures smooth technology operations, supports staff, and maintains equipment and inventory control. The position requires hands-on technical skills, leadership experience, and familiarity with modern POS and mobile systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage POS operations for multiple concessions stands, ensuring systems are running efficiently and staff are trained.
- Operate and maintain POS systems such as Clover, Toast, Square, or Appetize (preferred).
- Work with mobile devices on Android and iOS platforms to support staff and operations.
- Familiarity with networking equipment and infrastructure to troubleshoot and maintain connectivity.
- Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
