This role provides direct administrative and clinical supervision for master’s level clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists, and community health workers. The supervisor will observe treatment sessions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. Monthly comprehensive reports are required, including file reviews and direct observation of clinicians. The position requires knowledge of regulations, board requirements, and laws governing mental health services, including peer services, skills training, current OAR's, addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, and privacy. Responsibilities include reviewing and signing staff clinical assessments and service plans, providing timely and accurate reports on program and staff performance measures, and maintaining a small caseload as appropriate. The role also involves providing monthly group and individual supervision, developing and leading an effective team of QMHAs and/or Peers, and building relationships with community partners and stakeholders. The ability to multitask, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure is essential. All work must be performed in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
