About The Position

The Supportive Services Manager is responsible for all case management and supportive services provided to clients. Specifically, the incumbent ensures that the case management team delivers services to clients in a manner which is consistent with professional standards of case management, the contractual requirements of the funding sources and the policies, guidelines and shared Values of Volunteers of America of Ohio and Indiana.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services’ field
- Three years of related experience
- One (1) year of previous managerial experience
- Demonstrated skills in case management
- Demonstrated skills in personnel management
- Demonstrated skills in oversight of a performance measurement system
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a residential setting
Responsibilities
