About The Position
Seeking a sitter to work full-time or part-time hours, working with multiple families. We are an approved respite provider for children with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. This is a meaningful opportunity to help families and neurodivergent children thrive. We offer a supportive team environment with training and hands-on guidance, and legal employment with direct deposit pay. We are eager to grow our team with amazing nannies and sitters.
Requirements
- Fully Vaccinated + Boosted for Covid-19
- Childcare references (paid or unpaid experience)
- Reliable and insured transportation
- Cell phone with data
Nice To Haves
- Childcare or nanny experience preferred
- Special needs experience in any capacity is an absolute plus!
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple families.
- Engage in fun, play, reading, arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes.
- Accept and record assignments via cell phone with data.
- Travel to various family homes.
- Manage availability, scheduling, and job assignments using app-based tools.
- Follow CDC guidelines and ensure best hygiene practices.
