Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare related or adjacent field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare required; Oncology preferred
  • At least 2 years in leadership capacity
  • Experience coaching, developing, and managing staff
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex healthcare environment
  • Strategic thinking and project management
  • Well-versed in change management

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight for Oncology GYN, Radiation Oncology, Genetic, Fellowship, and Supportive Care programs, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational workflows, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives across practice.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to manage staffing models and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure continuity and coordination of care across disciplines.
  • Partner with executive leadership and physicians to develop and execute long-range strategic plans for oncology services.
  • Support growth of specialty programs, including new technology adoption, service expansion, partnership development, and outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, service utilization, and demographic data to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and oncology accreditation standards.
  • Strengthen collaboration across oncology specialties, navigation, social work, and ancillary services to improve care coordination.
  • Provide direct supervision to program directors, managers, and other assigned personnel.
  • Partner with HR for employee relations.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Support onboarding, competency development, and ongoing education for team members.
  • Assist in developing and managing budgets for assigned programs.
  • Monitor financial performance and resource utilization.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to support financial sustainability.
