About The Position

As a member of the Barracuda team, provide customers with an exceptional, consistent experience by following standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness. Help create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Support duties vary with business levels and may include running food, packing to-go orders, working the dips station, and maintaining the outdoor yard. Must be available to work evenings, including closing.

Requirements

• Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team.
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Must be available to work evenings, including closing.

Responsibilities

• Run food and pack to-go orders as needed.
• Work the dips station, preparing and serving chips with queso, guacamole, and salsa.
• Maintain the yard by tidying tables and stocking napkins and bathrooms.
• Follow Barracuda’s standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Help create a respectful and welcoming experience for customers and teammates.
