The role involves Waking Nights shifts from 8pm to 8am, working 3 shifts per week (36 hours per week). Community Integrated Care is a large health and social care charity founded in 1988, pioneering the 'Care in the Community' agenda. We support over 2,600 people and employ 6,600 colleagues across England and Scotland, focusing on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment. The individual you will be supporting is a 46-year-old lady with a learning disability, autism, and some mental health challenges, who requires support with personal care, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, paying bills, and organizing her days.
