About The Position

As a Customer Support Technician at Renew Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers-including dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and clinical staff-receive reliable and responsive technical support for advanced extraoral imaging systems and associated software platforms. Your primary focus will be on supporting CBCT units, panoramic imaging systems, cephalometric equipment, and imaging software solutions. In addition to providing technical support, you will contribute to product evaluation and workflow optimization, helping us remain at the forefront of dental imaging technology.

Requirements
