About The Position

The Support Technician is responsible for providing basic direct and indirect patient care under a medical team and providing an exceptional patient experience. This role supports the nursing staff by maintaining a clean, sterile, and efficient workspace in all areas of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The technician will communicate with respect, kindness, and politeness to a diverse group of people and is willing to learn and adopt new responsibilities, including direct patient care, based on the shifting demands of the medical team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of direct patient care experience
  • Current BLS Certification
