We also help dental professionals monetize their initial dental imaging equipment purchase by buying their used devices for a fair, equitable price. As a Customer Support Technician at Renew Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers-including dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and clinical staff-receive reliable and responsive technical support for advanced extraoral imaging systems and associated software platforms. Your primary focus will be on supporting CBCT units, panoramic imaging systems, cephalometric equipment, and imaging software solutions. In addition to providing technical support, you will contribute to product evaluation and workflow optimization, helping us remain at the forefront of dental imaging technology.

Requirements

• Technical support for CBCT units, panoramic imaging systems, cephalometric equipment, and imaging software solutions.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting for extraoral imaging systems.
• Customer interaction with doctors, clinical staff, and key stakeholders.
• Collaboration with a small team of specialists, sales representatives, and leadership.
