This role involves collaborating with coworkers, vendors, and end-users to resolve a wide range of technical issues in Windows and Mac OS X environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, unafraid of fluctuating technical challenges, and possesses strong communication skills and a deep technical aptitude.
