About The Position

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking individuals passionate about excellence and driven by continuous learning to join their team. Support team members are responsible for the overall guest experience, functioning in roles such as bar backs, hosts, food runners, and server assistants. This role requires continuous movement, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team.
Greet guests, answer phones, and make reservations.
Assist with carry-out operations.
Support the service team with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
Support the bar team with bar prep, stocking the bar, and cleaning glassware.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
