About The Position

Krueger’s Tavern, a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving approachable comfort food and handcrafted cocktails, is seeking experienced support team members. Support team members contribute to the overall guest experience in accordance with Thunderdome Restaurant Group’s quality and service standards. They may work in roles including bar back, host, food runner, and server assistant. The role is suited to someone passionate about the work and driven to grow alongside the restaurant group.

The job requires continuous movement and regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• Experienced support team member.
• Passion for the work and drive to grow with the restaurant group.
• Ability to continuously move and regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know the food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Greet guests, answer phones, and make reservations.
• Assist with carryout operations.
• Support the service team by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Support the bar team with bar preparation, stocking, and cleaning glassware.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
