About The Position

Pepp & Dolores, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is hiring Support Team Members for its Deerfield location. The role supports the overall guest experience in accordance with the group's quality and service standards. Support Team Members may work in different roles, including bar back, host, food runner, and server assistant. The position is suited to someone passionate about hospitality and motivated to grow with the restaurant group.

The job involves continuous movement and regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know the food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Greet guests, answer phones, and make reservations.
• Assist with carry-out operations.
• Support the service team by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Support the bar team with bar preparation, stocking, and cleaning glassware.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
