About The Position

Krueger’s Tavern, a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving approachable comfort food and hand-crafted cocktails, is seeking experienced support team members. Support team members contribute to the overall guest experience in accordance with Thunderdome Restaurant Group’s quality and service standards. The role may include working as a bar back, host, food runner, or server assistant. The company is looking for someone passionate about the work and driven to grow alongside the restaurant group.

The job involves continuous movement and regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in a support team member role is requested.

Responsibilities

• Know the food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Greet guests, answer phones, and make reservations.
• Assist with carry-out operations.
• Support the service team by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Support the bar team with bar preparation, stocking the bar, and cleaning glassware.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
