About The Position

We are looking for a PART-TIME support teacher to join our faculty at Primrose South Elgin. This role involves supporting a fun, safe environment for children as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development. You will spend your days building genuine relationships with each child, helping them explore the world, improve their motor skills, and grow their vocabulary. You will work with your co-teacher to implement lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. At Primrose School of South Elgin, we provide all the tools and training to be successful, including a curriculum developed with early learning experts, clear daily plans, and fully stocked classrooms. Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma.
College students in the Early Childhood program are encouraged to apply and indicate this on resume.
