About The Position

We are looking for a PART-TIME Support Teacher to join our faculty at Primrose South Elgin. This role involves creating a fun and safe environment for children to explore and learn through purposeful play, nurturing their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development. You will build genuine relationships with each child, help them explore the world, improve their motor skills, and grow their vocabulary. Working with a co-teacher, you will implement lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• College students in the Early Childhood program are encouraged to apply and indicate this on resume.
