About The Position

The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is seeking energetic, adaptable Support Teachers who thrive in a role where no two days are the same. As a Support Teacher, you will work with all age groups, from infants to preschoolers, helping each child reach their full potential. You will provide essential support to keep classrooms running smoothly and maintain a positive culture. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across all early childhood age groups and contribute to a nurturing educational environment.

Requirements

6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (Required).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
High energy, extremely dependable, and a natural communicator.
Must be a flexible professional who loves making an impact across the board.

Nice To Haves

CDA or ECE coursework is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Seamlessly transition between age groups, assisting Lead Teachers with activities, sensory play, and lessons.
Maintain classroom ratios during lunch breaks and planning periods, ensuring a safe and supervised environment.
Help prep materials for upcoming lessons and assist with light center operations.
Foster connections with children, staff, and parents across the entire center.
Ensure all classrooms remain in high compliance with Texas Childcare Licensing and safety protocols.
