About The Position

West River Mental Health is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist (Support Staff) to join their team. This role is ideal for a multi-tasking, people-oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong time management skills. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, handling all aspects of electronic provider scheduling, maintaining medical records, and providing general office support. Professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with clients and staff are essential. This position offers a fantastic work-life balance and is located in Rapid City, South Dakota, a community known for its abundant recreational opportunities and rich history.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment required.

Responsibilities
