Our Support Staff team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. Whether welcoming guests at the door, assisting with service, or maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, these roles are essential to the success of our restaurant. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of the operation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods (including Stampede)
• MUST have open availability during 10 days of Stampede

Nice To Haves

• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming and assisting all guests
• Support efficient seating and table flow to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Assist with managing waitlists and communicating accurate wait times to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment at all times
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maximize seating availability
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Support service staff by refilling water and coffee, and attending to guest needs as required
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked with napkins, glassware, cutlery, and other essentials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stands, service areas, and dining spaces
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and tear-down
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner (in person or by phone)
• Support team members across roles as needed
• Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices
• All other duties as required.
