About The Position

This role involves troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure equipment availability and capability. The specialist will learn and understand safety protocols for working with electricity and other energy sources in an industrial setting. This position may involve working independently and providing guidance or coaching to others. The role emphasizes health, safety, and environmental compliance, quality workmanship, and efficient delivery of maintenance services. Teamwork and continuous improvement are key aspects of this position, requiring effective communication and active participation in improvement activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent AND Associate’s degree with two-four years of relevant experience OR Trade certificate with four years of relevant experience OR Six years of relevant experience OR Department of Labor certification.
  • Must pass all related testing.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • CNC troubleshooting
  • PLC experience
  • Robot troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet business goals.
  • Work with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.
  • Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
