Requirements

• Top-notch office administration experience
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Minimum of two-years of behavioral health or medical office experience
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading, training, and supervising a team of Patient Service Coordinators (PSC’s) for front desk operations as well as the Call Center PSC’s.
• Being a subject matter expert on the PSC position to include insurance verification and eligibility as well as EHR system data accuracy.
• Cultivating an environment that is people-centered and providing real-time, in-person support for their team both virtually and in-person.
