About The Position

The Support Services Specialist - Customer Service is accountable for providing customer support, which includes processing orders, procuring components and materials, and managing customer logistics following equipment installation. This role also serves as a key point of contact for customers concerning post-sale assistance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of customer service, contract administration, or related experience required.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with complex, high-value products a plus.
  • MRP/ERP experience preferred.
