This person will be the first contact for the Support Services Department, working under the direction of the Support Services Manager. They will be responsible for answering the phone, keeping an accurate phone log, and assessing basic needs before referring individuals to the Case Manager. The role also involves organizing files, tracking statistics, and performing general office duties. A key aspect of this position is providing excellent service to all who participate in functions at the Kroc Center, while prioritizing the promotion of Christian faith and values in alignment with The Salvation Army's Mission.
