The Support Center Receptionist II serves as the first point of contact for all inbound calls to BCN. In this role, the Receptionist exemplifies BCN’s core values—Excellence, Innovation, Sustainability, Diversity, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Dignity, and Teamwork—by providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external callers. The Receptionist must be able to manage a wide variety of callers and call types, utilizing technology and adhering to established policies and procedures. In addition to reception responsibilities, this position supports the entry of Service Line referrals into BCN, manages referral databases, and provides customer service related to potential patient admissions.
