About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a full-time Support Services Manager to lead and develop a team of Patient Service Coordinators and Support Services Supervisors. This role supports outpatient therapy locations across Eastern North Carolina, focusing on ensuring smooth and consistent front-end operations. The manager will oversee workflows, process standardization, and performance in areas such as patient intake, insurance verification, collections, referrals, and patient satisfaction. Collaboration with Revenue Cycle Management is key to improving accuracy, reducing denials, and supporting clean claim submissions. This position offers ongoing professional growth and development within a team dedicated to clinical excellence in mental health and substance use services.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or a medical office setting
Technically savvy
Detail-oriented
Sound decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel

Bachelor's degree is preferred
