Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and hand-delivered items)
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
  • Manage package tracking and delivery notifications
  • Digitize incoming documents and manage electronic processing
  • Operate and maintain document management systems
  • Ensure compliance with records handling and confidentiality standards
  • Assist with copying, scanning, subpoenas, and court filings
  • Support attorneys and legal teams with exhibits and trial materials
  • Coordinate deliveries to courthouses, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mailroom
  • Track inventory and distribute office supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of mailroom and delivery activity
  • Oversee and support the Support Services Assistant
  • Ensure service excellence for all internal stakeholders
