The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing tasks related to mailroom, facility office equipment/supplies, and building operations/maintenance. This role requires working with minimum direction and interfacing with all levels of the organization, external and internal customers, and vendors in a professional and confident manner. The coordinator will assist with budget management for purchasing and inventory of facility and office supplies, approving orders based on contracted agreements, and administering the internal recycling program. They will also be alert to potential repairs and maintenance needs and assist the Facilities Manager as needed.
