We help people with disability become more independent, in their own homes and the community. This casual role offers an opportunity to gain wider experience with training and 24/7 support, requiring flexibility to work various shifts. Responsibilities include active support (developing personal interests, providing personal care, transportation, and coaching independent living skills), health support (administering and documenting medication, following health support plans), positive behaviour support (managing behaviour triggers and escalation), and safeguarding (ensuring safety of self and participant, documentation, and reports).
