Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is a not-for-profit, secular, community organisation, helping people to overcome difficulties and bring about positive change in their lives. We offer services for families, couples and individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. RASA is seeking a dedicated Support Facilitator to assist young people who are transitioning to independence after experiencing the child protection system. This role requires a focus on developing independent living skills, goal setting and supporting self-determination in life pathways. Your work will involve holistic case management and enabling support collaboration, including screening and assessment, enabling referral pathways, advocacy, and facilitating client-led decision-making processes.
