About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytic Facilitator to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG). The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering academic, simulator, and in-flight training to 55 WG personnel with focus on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) crew duties. This position also requires expertise in instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/M or years with PhD
  • Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis, Multi-Int Fusion, and Analytical Tradecraft Support.
  • Familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
  • Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting.
  • Ability to maintain all requirements to fly as an instructor onboard the RC-135 aircraft. This includes completing all annual training, maintaining a current flight physical, and re-accomplishing an evaluation for the position every 18 months
  • Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required with Poly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the 55 WG or similar military organizations.
  • Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for 55 WG courses or similar training programs.
  • Completion of Central Flight Instructor Course (CFIC)
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior instructors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on 55 WG ISR operations
  • Provide academic, simulator, and inflight training to back-end ISR crews for RC-135 fleet commensurate with requirements stipulated by current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), aircraft manufacturer technical orders, DoD/USAF Higher Headquarters (HHQ) local guidance, and applicable syllabi.
  • Provide in-depth data and analysis of training accomplishment, needs, status, and effectiveness via daily and monthly metrics specific to Programmed Flying Training (PFT) scheduled versus accomplished, effective versus non-effective and other variables as required by the Combat Training Squadron (CTS)/Formal Training Unit (FTU) leadership.
  • Provide RC-135 ground academic training on aircraft systems and appropriate regulatory guidance for initial qualification, upgrade, and difference certification.
  • Act as primary operator on test and evaluation sorties for the purpose of identifying future training requirements.
  • Support instruction, materials development, course maintenance, and other administrative management functions, as necessary.
  • Revise courseware as necessary to meet local standards or reflect changes in national priorities.
  • Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives.
  • Travel required (Up to 10%)
