The Support Enforcement Specialist (SES) acts as a program agent for assigned child support cases, working with families to ensure they receive the necessary financial and family support. This role involves managing a large caseload, utilizing case management and communication skills to encourage parents to support their children. Employees are expected to meet performance benchmarks in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, maximize payment collections, handle sensitive information, research and analyze accounts, resolve customer challenges, build partnerships, and manage multiple priorities.
