World Relief Western Washington (WRWW) envisions all refugees and immigrants welcomed, rooted and empowered in a thriving and inclusive community. To this end, World Relief is seeking a Support and Integration Caseworker who will play a vital role in supporting refugees & immigrants as they navigate the challenges of long-term self-sufficiency and integration. This position provides strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed case management to individuals and families navigating the challenges of settling into a new community. This includes supporting participants through holistic community integration as well as various innovative initiatives which holistically address the felt needs of the community, aligned with WRWW’s strategic plan. The Support and Integration Caseworker assesses needs, develops service plans, coordinates referrals, and ensures access to essential resources. This role works closely with other program staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure immigrants and refugees receive timely, dignified, and effective support. Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 work from home day.
